I’m Jen and I'm a Mum of two gorgeous girls, 3 dogs, and a cat!

I'm also a wife, an ex-children's ICU nurse, an occasional murder mystery actor, and a leadership coach.

I am intensely passionate about empowering leaders who feel they don't fit the traditional mould to overcome both the internal and external barriers they face.
